What's wild to me is that average Joe can lose every tournament in the season (this is for example folks) and then win worlds and say he is the best in the world? Lol. What do u guys think? Am I alone in this thought process?
@@TheMsr1997 it would be like Brodie Smith winning and saying he is the best in the world even though he finishes terribly at 50th+ in ever tournament. And not hate on Brodie but it's for example. What I'm saying is that 1 tournament does not make anyone a world champion.
Well, he did it again, but... It seems like he was preparing himself all season long for this event. To say: I am the World champ again. What if all top players would act the same way? That means, they are playing mediocre season all the way and then will come to Worlds to show what they can do. -- Does the game of DG need that???
After seeing other champions like Ricky and McBeth have great finishes all season while holding the title it definitely feels different to see the season he has had. McBeth had some crazy streak of top 10s for who knows how long while being a current world champion. He would have a mediocre tournament, then on the final day have the hot round to sneak into top 10. Either that, or he was podium, or winning. Isaac has not been the guy you have to get through in order to win tournaments this year, so I guess you could say that is what fans are used to seeing a world champion being like over the years.
@@billmarshall7733 not sure what you mean. It's very common for people to want to avoid hearing results or endings to exciting events. It may be impossible to avoid entirely, but putting the winner in the title or thumbnail of a video is pretty bad.
Get lost PDGT coverage on this spoiler. You pop up and tell me the champion? Wtf? What a poor play to mess with actual coverage, JoMez. You seriously named the winner in the title?!! What a joke. Thanks for nothing.

Isaac is my hands down favorite player...and I'm 57 lol.
Way to go Isaac great win!
This guy is either getting paid a lot by Prodigy now or switching companies.

"average joe". He's been rated among top 5 best players for a long time now and constantly makes podium
