      Brett has to prove that everything Shannon said wasn't true, and all the information since this fraud scheme was revealed says otherwise. He's just trying to scare people by threatening to sue and hoping it gets clogged up in the courts that he can make Sharpe back off and not say anything else on the matter, but if Shannon were to fight it, he'll more likely win because everything he voiced on undisputed wasn't any different from what everyone else was reporting at the time.
