She brought me to tears. I've never heard this song before. She owned the song. The orchestra could play at full strength, confident that no song will defeat this woman. It was like watching her next step up. She was discovered suddenly. Susan went on to repeatedly demonstrate her talent. Now this. A giant leap of power, passion, and pulling off a complex song to near perfection. Her retreat into the ordinary, insecure lady before and after she has sung is testament to her transformation when she's in the zone, performing. I hope this amazing woman finds love in her life. She needs support when she finishes a day of hard work making so many people happy. Someone to come home to, to share her life with. We all do.

Susan Boyle's audition on British Got Talent saved my life. My then girlfriend was putting me through some mindgames and with a personal situation that was not too good, I was not in a good place... but seeing how brave Susan was to face the crowd that did not look too supportive initially and even the judges was doubtful, she belted out the number and proved - nothing is iimpossible when you have a dream and ACT TOWARDS IT.

She is so natural and relaxed in this video, and you can tell all those studio musicians liked her immediately. Only someone who has been victimized like her can be as kind as she is with anyone who comes in contact with her. What an honor it would be to play for her. It would be difficult to concentrate on your sheet music, but I would make sure I played flawlessly.

Being harassed because of her aspergers ( i think it was that) she knows about the sorrows she's singing about "you have to be there" is written by Björn and Benny (after ABBA) for a musical written in Swedish. Susan wrote the English lyrics. So don't go on thinking she's a bit "behind". She's intelligent but have a handicap. She's absolutely adorable and Elaine Paige accused her for having this fame too easy. I don't agree. She has gone through so much. That's why she touches every heart and soul.💓
