Prismacolors used:-
* dark green, Prussian green apple green, chartreuse, blue slate, white
* dark umber, light umber, sandbar, gingeroot, white
* lavender, blue violet lake
* white gel pen
Hi Claire,
I know you did this tutorial many moons ago, but I was looking up how to do bubbles with coloring pencils preferably with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and you did! You made it seem so Easy! 😄 So, what I did was dug out my 3"x 5" blank index card I make it my swatch and draw my circle being my bubble. Then I proceeded to replicate the way you did your coloring of your bubble. It's close, but no where's near close to being as good as yours. But this is how I teach myself how to do it with directions on it step by step. I know practice makes perfect. I have been teaching myself a lot of techniques this way on 3" x 5" cards with directions and I call them my swatches. I save them all. I appreciate you (who are great teachers) and a couple other people who I have been following on here on CZcams. I would like to thank you so much for being such a Great Teacher on here. I hope you still read these comments even though you done that tutorial 3 years ago? May you have a great day and Thank you again!

Thank you for your tutorials! We just moved from Colorado to Florida and the movers packed my books and pencils, which they were NOT to do! 🤦♀️. So I’m stuck with no furniture and nothing to do but clean! At least I can watch you! Yea! 💕🙋♀️🏝

I have little experience with adult coloring books. What is the difference between a regular edition and the artist's edition? Thank you for sharing all your beautiful work and your process.
So, AES are usually carded and larger versions of the same design. You can use a wider variety of media, such as watercolours, without warping the paper :)

When you say you practiced before.... how do you practice?
Erica Sendel I have practice books and you can freehand draw circles on blank paper and add a tiny bit of background colour.
