What is Pediatric Occupational Therapy?

I meet so many families who don't know what occupational therapy is, but it has been recommended that their child sees an OT. Pediatric Occupational Therapists can address a lot of things! If you have any suggestions for topics I should address on my CZcams, please comment and let me know!

Yes! Occupational therapists supervise the OT assistants. Assistants can't complete formal evaluations or create treatment plans for clients.
In the U.S. to be an occupational therapist you have to receive a masters degree or clinical doctorate degree. For occupational therapy assistants, it's usually a 2-year associates degree.
