@guyogalgalo-ie3le If Poland is so hard, why did it get swallowed by two of the biggest empires at the time when said empires chose to invade in unison? You'd think a small, newly refurbished, European country would be able to take on two of the most militaristic, battle hardened nations when they are attacking on two fronts. Especially in the early 20th century when Poland had the most advanced technology like calvary.
I'm not sure you've noticed, but Poland in 2024, is not the same Poland as 1939. The French got wrecked from only one front in WW2 and now they are one of the most powerful militaries in the world. Underestimating Poland would be such an easy mistake for Russia. Especially when the people who helped the Soviet Union are allied with Poland. Ukraine had 8 years to prepare. Poland has had over 30.

Bitch please. I'm from Poland and we know exactly that this is the place where Russia can and need to attack if they want to move further. This is why Suvalki Gap is very well protected.
Funny as when 1995 the military archives were opened from East Germany, it was found that Soviet Union never had plans to invade the west Germany or anything else. Warsaw Pact was all along true defensive alliance, where NATO was the offensive one, planning constantly how to attack through Fulda Cap to the Moscow and other easter europe areas. Constantly preparing to invade Soviet Union member states.
Just forget, Russia is not invading anyone, not planning to conquer europe etc. That is already happened as USA has invaded europe, dozens of other middle east countries, occupying them and even uses them to overthrow other soverign states in name of "freedom" and "democracy".
And poland is part of that invasion forces. Just like in 2003 Poland went to steal Iraq oil fields to secure them the resources... Same way Poland invaded Afghanistan... 2011 Poland tried to resist to send forces to invade Libya, but they sent anyways after USA made a nice hint for them to obey.
And now again USA is putting Poland to false flag operations against Belarusia about the border violations etc (that Poland border guards and air defense forces has confirmed to be false-flag by USA).
If Poland would want to be sensible, it would leave NATO, drive every USA military personnel out of the country and declare itself to be sovereign and independent. And as well declare that it will anymore obey EU only in the cargo transportation related legistations - as EU was originally meant to be and not a dictatorship to say even what gender someone's children is suppose to be.

No one is playing the world. Satellite shows images in real-time of every thing that moves under the sun.
And that is the massive difference. As example in USA invading Ukraine, there is only three powers that has power to utilize satellites to observe what is happening in battlefield. USA, UK and Russia. Others are required to utilize theirs satellites. China is not giving their information to anyone. And Russia doesn't anymore care to share as no one wants to listen facts. And USA and UK are as well holding back and giving Ukraine commanders only specific processed information instead direct full access.
“Soft underbelly” NATO recently stationed 100,000 troops in that area. With Finland and Sweden in the fold, they also control the sea. NATO is strictly a self defense pact, Russia attacking it would be suicide.

That is what Russia is facing from the US ALONE. Now add in 30 other countries. The US alone has 11 aircraft carriers. Russia has one...that doesn't work. Wagner came at a handful of US military personnel with 50 T-72 tanks, 60 BMP’s and artillery and 4 hours latter they were just a pile of corpses & burning armor in the Battle of Conoco Fields.
And not 1 American even injured...& the bureaucrats called off the dogs. The US forces were just about to completely wipe them out,& destroy their last tanks...the higher ups called off the dogs so it wouldnt lead to a major incident with Russia...very lucky for Russia,& Wagner.

Point of correction when you say Ukraine alone you are been unfair against the Russians when the whole world knows Russia is fighting more than 40 countries including those who have nothing to do with NATO memberships and so far the Russians have done very well against all this country's....
The last time i looked they are only fighting Ukrainians, with arms sent over by other countries, that's a big difference from actually fighting over countries troops. If Russia was fighting a professional trained Army the thing would be over by now. If anything Ukraine has given them quite a fight trying to learn how to use new systems while begging for supplies.

Afghanistan was not a full on blitzkrieg type of war, it was to contain the Taliban while searching for Bin Laden and his terrorist network and morphed into trying to build a democratic based government in Afghanistan. Of course it was an ill advised endeavour as the government leaders still made backroom deals with the Taliban because of tribal sensibilities, which hurt their chances of automany and building a strong central form of governance. The U.S never went in to conquer a country at all costs, it was conflict doled out through the lens of terrorism of which the Taliban was a part of. The U.S could have brought in say 500,000 troops with full armor and logistical support and pulverized the Taliban into submission, so don't delude yourself into thinking the U.S and Nato were defeated on the battlefield, it was more a case of why are we still here while troop numbers fell to about 10 to 20 thousand then down to only several thousand. It was never a declared war and was not fought like it.
