-1/2 cup lukewarm water
-3 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp yeast
-3 pinch salt
-1 egg (medium)
-4tbsp melted butter
-Add & mix 1 +1/2 cup flour
-Add rest of 1/2 cup flour(to your need until soft and smooth)
-Rest for an hour
-Roll to 1/2 inch thickness
-Cut doughnuts
-rest for 15-30 mins
-Heat oil on low-med for 6-7 mins
-Each batch may take anywhere between 5-6 mins or 6-7 mins
#you may add 1/4 tsp cinnamon to the dough as well

Made this today I just increased the amount of flour from 2 cups to 3 cups because it was too soft and it was becoming impossible to knead the dough i also increased the amount of sugar by 2 tbsp it was just delicious better than Dunkin donuts 😋
Also knead the dough for atleast 20-25 mins for extremely soft donuts 😋
I think this the best recipe of yours after watching the outlook of these I can't wait to try these mouthwatering..!
