Let me get this straight -- can we, as citizens, file harassment charges against the government if the cameras they're using to record US cause US alarm?

    • @JakeStrange66
      @JakeStrange66 Před 10 měsíci

😂 those cameras don't get posted on YT or other social media. & if they do, it's because there's a suspect they're looking for.
"Fr-auditors" just do it for CZcams clicks, & they sometimes film people's personal info, children, etc & don't edit any of it out.
That's part of why gov offices are limited or nonpublic forums where there is no right to film anyway. They've even been going to health departments & medical facilities to do their fraudits.
Also, fun fact: at least 99% of these frauditors are convicted pedos, rapists, & domestic abusers. Many have convictions for armed robbery. This guy in particular is a member of a neo-fascist hate group (proud "boys") & participated in the attempted coup on Jan 6th to try to overturn a democratic election. You can't be any more Unamerican & unpatriotic than that (these idiots like to pretend they're all patriotic, but that proves otherwise.)

So, you ask people that work a government job to do their job and they won't do their job and if you film them not doing their job so you have proof they then accuse you of harassing them.

Won't it? I pray the judge is truly impartial and unbiased and follows the constitution.
If not, we are about to lose a major constitutional right 😮
Isn't that how it works? How things get regulated? They'd refer back to this case, and if the judge sides with law enforcement, they'd use it to convict auditors.
Shew. I'm not really a fan of living here anymore. There's bad things asunder and everyone is so jaded and traumatized, we're just sitting and letting it happen.

We, as the public, are expected to know the laws so that way we may follow them. As such, ignorance of the law is no excuse. However, nearly every cop will assume that every citizen is indeed ignorant of the law. But yet, they prove repeatedly that those enforcing the law are more ignorant than those expect to know it so that we may follow it.
Auditors are being prosecuted more and more by DA’s offices across the country, to stifle transparency. They’re not worried about losing the case, they’re trying to bring as much emotional and financial hardship on you and your family as they possibly can, and in hopes, it will serve as an example to others. I wish you all the best in both your, criminal and civil proceedings.

& before some moron claims SCOTUS ruled we have the right to film our public officials...no, they didn't. They ruled we have the right to film police in the course of their duties...when they're in public. By "public" meaning out on the streets, which is a traditional public forum. NOT while they're in the police station or any other gov building where there's no right to film.

I fully support what Dan does. Governments and government agencies - such as law enforcement - hate sunlight and transparency. Dan has shown just how much our government abuses it's power and tries to hide from public scrutiny. We the people are the government, and those who work in government need to keep that foremost in their minds.

This is nothing, The restraining orders issued against Long Island audit just when he's about to uncover major corruption by a County Sheriff is absolutely disgusting and the judge needs to be disbarred.

He got charge for doing things with minors... Got that sealed. Then in the midst of 10 years has 5 or so felonies, of which one he went to prison for.
LIA's angle is "falsley accused and convicted of x, y, and Z crimes over the years [with loads of evidence], there must be a conspiracy"
But keep looking up to that fool criminal.... watch out for your daughter too.

What lousy reporting. "He considers himself a journalist." Yes, he does, because the US Supreme Court declared he is a journalist. Branzburg v Hayes. If somebody printing up flyers and posting them so the random person might come along and see them, them somebody producing videos and posting them to CZcams for their thousands (or even one) subscriber is a journalist.

Holding public employees accountable is now harassment?! Ahhh, they retaliated against him because they knew he was on probation.....yikes. Seems like we need more auditors to do his work. Making sure to keep public officials accountable.

FILMING cannot equal nor cause "alarm," no matter what, as a MATTER OF LAW. The judge needs to state this.

Let's be clear, government employees embarrass themselves. They do this by their actions during these audits. The fact is that until the age of the internet and easily captured video government employees have rarely had to face any kind of transparency, let alone accountabilty, and they don't like it. Well, get used to it because your days of hiding from the citizens you're supposed to serve are over, folks!

The good ones are just as important so we can write and call commendations to encourage their lawful and professional behavior. It's good the bad get views because that means people are interested to know where and who the criminal oathbreakers are. The more people who know that, the better.
