Great video! Helped me pull the trigger on the same rack. Is it possible those powder coat blemishes were caused by the screws used to secure the rack to the crate?
I considered the same but the hardware was not located at those points when i unboxed it. I’m still of the opinion they’re from when it was energized and coated

I once hauled a 20-ton harbor freight press on the rack with no issue (it weighed around 200lbs)

Great video! any issues with wind noise?
None actually! I was very impressed. Even going 75-80 mph I experienced zero additional wind noise from the rack.
