    Good morning, I’m a 40 year old extremely out of shape guy. I haven’t really worked out since I got out of the military. I found you by searching homestyle HIIT routines on YT. What do you suggest someone to do that is having a hard time doing burpees if the HIIT routine calls for burpees. For me going down is not the hard part it’s the coming back up after the push up movement. It’s like I’m not flexible enough or my belly is in the way to make the move harder. I set a goal for myself to complete the murph by my birthday next year.

    Is this strength training along with cardio in it. Cause apparently it's hard for me to loose weight, finding out that I can't do cardio alone, need to do strength training, and cardio. It's the timing to do that being a busy single dad, with work. Trying to loose belly fat
