Great video and great riding! The bike seems to just pull like a freight train thru the middle! Thanks for really pushing it. I hope to be purchasing in this category very soon. Yamaha has come along way for 1998 with the first 4stroke motocross bike 400cc with 43hp now its 2022 and there's 250cc 4 stoke makes 43hp and the 450s around over 55 hp

@@troyza450 I still haven’t found the best map for a smooth linear low end but the pipe is amazing with the power and sound. I just uploaded a video so that you can hear the bike which obviously would sound better in person.

Great video , love it. Those WRs are all choked up here in the USA. The fx runs good here and that is what most buy. Do the Aussie wrs come uncorked?
He is from New Zealand but I’ve never had one so I wouldn’t know my friends dad got one and it was perfect out of the box

What are the main differences between the wr250 and the yz250f?
A headlight, softer suspension, bigger radiator, kickstand, different exhaust, slightly detuned and also a different gear ratio
I was looking it up as I never heard about the WR250 range of bikes just the WR450 range. I thought all the 250cc bikes were in the YZ250 range

14k rpm? sounds like its coming apart. My 2t makes MORE power at 1/2 the rpm, thats what we call "usable" power. 4t sucks ass.
2T's are for pubescent boi's. U couldnt keep up to this guy on a 4t if u had a 5 minute headstart and a new piston every 30 hours
@@tieoneon1614 keep dreaming sonny. 4t is only better at long straight line runs, corner to corner, you aint squat. Thats why they had to make so many tracks that are just straight away and a jump, turn and then ANOTHER long straight with a jump. They did that so 4t could compete. Ever wonder why 250 2t has to race 450 4t? grow a brain bro.
