    This recipe of Millefeuille or better known as Torta Napoleone, is a classic French pastry that is easily available in any pastry shop.
    It is made with layers of crispy puff pastry and a rich custard and then garnish the top with a shiny royal icing, in this case I covered the cake with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
    Although it has an impressive appearance, the Millefeuille Cake is not difficult to make at home, particularly if you use ready-made puff pastry.
    However, leave plenty of time to prepare, cook, assemble and cool.
    A thousand-feuille can be assembled a day or two before serving. Have the baking paper handy to cook the layers of pasta and be sure to leave a further preparation time if you make the puff pastry from scratch.
    It is such an elegant and delicate dessert, perfect to amaze your guests.

    Custard ingredients:
    500 gr soy milk
    20 g sunflower oil
    100g brown sugar
    50 gr flour
    1 lemon (grated peel)

    Chantilly cream filling ingredients:
    300g sweet soy cream to be whipped to fill
    100g sweet soy cream to be whipped to decorate
    custard prepared previously
    grated dark chocolate Q.B.

    26 cm diameter cake base ingredients:
    4 rolls puff pastry
    powdered sugar Q.B.
