  • Germany is keeping a 28-month-old Indian baby from her mother. Baby Ariha was taken away from her parents in Berlin when she was all of 7-month-old. German authorities have placed the baby in a facility for children with special needs. But Ariha is not a special needs baby.

The infant had severe vaginal injuries and stitches were neede. Something is not right. Many other injuries also found on other occasions. So this case is a but fishy. Dont be emotional just listening to the mother's side. They said the vaginal injuries were accidentally caused by gramother's nails while changing diapers. Can anyone believe that? They also sent away the grandparents to India before the police could question them.

I can give you the whole timeline:
Ariha was kept diaperfree as much as possible for that whole week as she had developed rashes due to diaperwear. A 7 month old baby is constantly trying to get up and falls, that normal! The chances are very high that Ariha fell on a sharp toy on that fateful day. The grandmother who first discovered the blood too tried to treat it her way - which our elders do, which aggrivated the wound!
16th sep 21: Dhara discovers blood in the diaper.
17th sep 21: she takes Ariha to the pediatrician for check up. Doc lets them go saying everything looks fine, it could be haromanal bleeding. Nothing to worry.
21st Sep 21: Dhara takes Ariha voluntarily for check up. This time doc says it is external perineal injury. They send the baby for examination to the hospital around 11:00. A surgeon is involved. Then multiple docs come for checking who keep arguing over if or not to stitch the wound. Then at 7pm the treatment actually begins (then she got stitches for the wound). On the 21st the mother and child stay in the hospital.
After one whole year of pleading with the hospital, Dhara finally got the reports of what the doctors actually tested for! The surgeons did too many inspections (Cystoscopy, vaginoscopy for example) which actually aggrieved the wounds! Such tests should be avoided on babies and children this small.
On 22nd sep 21: Child services enters the scene. An interpreter (Pakistani male) comes into play who translates everything on behalf of the parents. The parents are questioned in detail. When Dhara says the child was throughout with the family (wo humare saath thi), he mistranslated it saying the child was continously with the mother (hum is main in urdu). So the child services believed that the child abuse was conducted by the mother. Police is now involved.
It takes the family 3 days to find a lawyer who informs them that Dhara is accused of child abuse and police case has been registered on her and her husband.
After 3 months in Dec 21, the same hospital who called the child services, gives their medical reports and rules out child abuse. The reports say the wounds were external and not internal, which could have been accidental. Police, based on this report, close the case and does not charge them.
Now child services takes the case to family court. Family court asks for psycho analysis to be done of parents to see if they are fit to be parents. 11 hrs of questioning happens by the appointed psychologist. They wait for the reports which come 12 months later in Dec 22!
Reports are in favor of parents and suggest that Ariha should be given to parents and kept under child services supervision.
A cultural expert too is appointed by the court to observe parents bond and behavior around the child everytime they meet. This report too is in parents favor.
Mar 2023: court hearings go on for 2 days straight. In that around 9.5 hrs are given to cultural expert and psycologist who speaks in parents favor. Only 2 hrs are given to parents to defend themselves, however tare not allowed to defend on how the child could have been injured.
On 13th june: verdict is out. Court gives full custody to child services.
They now take 2 injuries as the reason. One was a head injury child happened while Ariha was 4 months old. Second is the vaginal injury. When Ariha was 4 months old, Dhara was oiling her like its traditionally done in India. After a nice oil massage, Dhara takes her to the bath tub and Ariha slips from her hand while putting her in, causing an injury. Anyone living abroad can understand how difficult it is to bathe babies in bathrooms with bathtubs, especially when one has to do it alone!
Dhara and Bhavesh have been consultad an external doctor from the US regarding the vaginal injury. Firstly the injury is external, not internal, secondly the injury has been aggrivated by multiple examinations conducted by the doctors in the hospital and thirdly, there are at least 30 reported cases with external perineal wounds worldwide which do happen on diaperfree babies.
Most importantly, by putting Ariha in foster care - moving her for the 4th time now (next in May 2024), how is the child services doing any good to Ariha?
Ariha is an Indian citizen. She now speaks only german, her parents can't speak the language. How will she communicate with them in the future or even manage in India?
This is my take on the matter.
Its been hearings after hearings! Whoever meets Dhara knows instantly that she is lost in the system and needs urgent support.
If Germany decides to apply law of continuity, Arihas citizenship will be changed to German and India will then on be able to do NOTHING! We have then lost a daughter.

The Western Child Welfare System is flawed. You can easily review the reports from European activists who handle these matters, or you can look up the cases against these organizations in the European Court of Human Rights. In Europe, there is a growing movement to amend the laws that oversee the Child Welfare System. The court give judgement based on the current legislation. Although the activists argue that the laws themselves need revision.
To gain an understanding of the severity of the issue, I suggest you read the work of lawyer Suranya Aiyar, who practices in New Delhi and was recognized by the Nordic Committee for Human Rights for opposing and rejecting Western child protection models and educating policymakers worldwide about their detrimental effects on traditional family structures. She is even recommending that the Indian government ignore the advice of Indian social science scholars who are slavishly attempting to import and reproduce the Western model into India.

It wasn't even blood. In fact, it's mostly the so-called brick dust sediment. It's caused by uric acid crystals being excreted from the kidneys in the urine. This is usually a matter of a few days and is both harmless and painless for your baby. In Germany there are hired professionell in every area, including doctors, teachers, in kindergartens, in courts almost everywhere they specifically work on the children to get the family out. First of all, the doctor writes that the mothers are psychologically abnormal, which is why a family assessment should take place. At the end, the experts specifically write that the parents are "incapable of parenting" because of "a lot of love for their child or because of their past or as always. The result is always the same, take the children from their family household.I studied thausand cases ,the same method, same way, same result. The children taken out of families will mostly delieverd to the Pädophile families fosters

The child welfare system in the West is not perfect. Advocates such as attorney Suranya Aiyar, who received recognition from the Nordic Committee for Human Rights for her refusal to accept and oppose Western child protection methods, are teaching decision-makers across the globe about the harm these models do to traditional family systems. I hope the Indian government heeds her advise and disregards the social science researchers in India who are slavishly trying to bring in and replicate the Western model.
