Size is:
2.4meters long x 1.7 meters high x 1.2 meters wide
this is a cheap and easy loft to build.

That’s 7.8 ft L x 5.5 ft H x 3.9’ ft W in freedom units.
I’m planning on using this style as a guide but rounding up a bit since I’m 6’ tall and don’t want to stoop

Great loft' very well constructed, Should be up off the ground though,, Otherwise you'll get rats burrowing underneath,

For a small loft especially for a new beginner it's a perfect loft size. Plenty ventilation very important. For respiratory problems. Very very good nicely built very easy and simple. 👍👍👍

Hey Maney that cloth doesn’t give them privacy it’s more like it gives you privacy they can see you pretty well from the inside but you on the other hand can’t see them so well from the outside, 🤔 now coming to think of it it gives neither of you any privacy.
