It had it's peaks, but It doesn't compare to naruto even after 250+ eps... but when I saw ennies lobby, and what I am seeing Right Now in Impel Down Arc, I can definitely say One Piece and Naruto are very different anime... Both stories have their strength and weaknesses and I like both of them... I am hyped for new episodes of One Piece, (something which never happened or very rarely happened with any of the arcs) Luffy gives me almost the same vibe as Naruto, But Naruto feels more mature to me than Luffy... Either way, I love the character development of Luffy in Sabaody, After he lost his crewmated one after another... and just like naruto, I can't predict where is the story of one piece going... How will it end?, How will it go on?, What is the one Piece?, What is the Blank Century? etc... The Mysteries are too exciting and something which I never experienced while watching Naruto... On the other hand, Naruto taught me many life lessons. But most importantly, Naruto gave a very strong message of Friendship... (Some may find it cringe, but Naruto going after sasuke is a thing that luffy would do... absolutely 100%)... Never giving up attitude motivated me. and the beautiful message that their are no enemies or villains, just broken heroes is just so beautifully and perfectly executed in naruto... In my opinion, Brooks' backstory is truly tragic. Just imagine, he witnessed all of his friends die, and eventually, he succumbed as well. After that, his soul roamed for two years. When he returned, all of his crewmen had died, and he stayed alone on that ship for more than 50 years until Luffy asked him to join.
I am currently watching this arc only (on ep 368) and gotta say though it is not as big as Ennies Lobby but it sure has its moments. Like when the straw hats take on Oars or when Sogeking defeats Perona. the best think about one piece is that everything connects to each other . its like the butterfly effect but its takes time . there will be some shit in every arc which will connect later like that big ennies lovvy gate and hole is still mystery even till the current chapter .

I refuse to believe oda didn't pull of anything like that on a person who's literally from the void century.
There is a Theory that Thriller Bark is actually part of The GOD VALLEY and Greko moria is actually collecting all of Rock's Shadows Which is why his fight with kaido make sense. This Theory is incredible❤
