This is smart of tgb ( Taiwan Golden Bee). If TGB came the north America by them self it would have been a struggle to get market share. With argo in place and without an atv deals were made and we now have an argo atv and with decent power.
I agree on behalf on TGB...This is a great marketing move. However...They are bat shit crazy with my local ARGO dealer saying that MSRP is $12,500 for the 1000 LE. Now hopefully they don't try to sell them for that sky high MSRP and knock a few thousand off of it to make it an appealing deal for people looking for twin power so ARG/TGB has a fighting chance.
I'm not against new products or brands but I do expect them to be realistic and understand that they are NEW to the Market and need to get a grasp before they try to outsell Polaris in both price and features.

Dirt trax channel just went down some notches with me. Its clear this is a paid commercial called a "review". When you don't say one negative thing about something like this. Not to mention this is really a tgb blade.

to all the tgb lovers out there i own one of these atv in the uk and can tell you it is well designed and built will do 75mph has locking rear diff and is pretty nice. but my canam wiring noisy wining gearbox clonky clutches and outy hump getting gears is another story. dont knock it till you try it.

Because these are advertisements and throwing in things that would hurt the sales isn't on the agenda if you want to sell something. Not hating on Dirt Trax....they gotta make a living. But I don't think Argo fooled anybody with this one lol.

I have a dirt trax magazine free subscription sent to me that came with an atv club membership and it's obvious that it's just fluff publishing. Not even mentioning the TGB Blade is pretty bad journalism. Thanks for the info TemaMan17, just looked it up and they're identical. Not going to rag on TGB, but it's a complete shame, when I first heard of the Argo atv's I was expecting an amazing transmission or a revolutionary drive train. Argo is just going to be a North American distributor for TGB and we'll never see the interesting machines like TGB's street atv.

Somebodys got to rebuild there frame using carbon fiber with a thin skin of aluminum for strength just like the puffins beak 2 layers for strength to make em hard

arogo didn't do squat but put their stickers on a Taiwanese atv.
It needs beadlocks better shocks a key that'll go farther in unless of plastic looked needs to add more metal to the outside
Ontario company slapping their name on a Taiwan product is bs stick to Argos 6 and 8 wheel vehicles because those alone aren't bullit proof before slapping g your name on something else.

Unfortuneatly we do not have a local argo dealer....but after going through the comments and none getting a response from.anu of the admins feom dirt trax iam seriously holeing this is not a tiwain made quad with argo stickers.... frienf of mine back when we were in highschool a few moons ago lol, had a 3x3 argo amd that damn thing was unstoppable.. but prior to reading comments this unit looks as if a polaris slortsman and a can-am outlander had a one night stand this would be the result...like the package options,storage, dash and the two up but for a big bore class sporting a 1000 iam with the crowd on this..at least set up a nice set of fox or even some elka stage3 matched up with some blackwater evos. And i didnt see any 12v outlets either..what is with that??? Seeing how we ride in almost all conditions and running LED bars i do not hardwire but direct plug as well as portable air.compressor if someone runs a flat. So even though iam likeing some of the features the fact this option was not adressed and forgotten or it simply does not have any 12v outlets would make this atv a no go for me

I know these guys need to make a living but calling this video a review? Come on! Bold face paid advertisement. If that wasn't bad enough the product is just a re branded cheap quad. Argo must be in trouble to have agreed to this deal. I hope it works out for them but I would have loved to see a quad really made by Argo. Especially if it floats. LOL

My local dealer says MSRP is $12,500 for the 1000 LE, but hopefully ARGO has done enough research to realize that this price is insane...
For everyone complaining about it being made in Korea, taiwan, china etc etc.... Any product can be made good anywhere. The reality is that the company contracting out the manufacturing dictates what they want the cost/quality to be.
So if a manufacturer wants the best quality in the world, then they can get it.
"America" doesn't mean quality. I've had plenty experiences with lazy union workers making crap in North America.
Off the shelf 4x4 switch, Can-am Knockoff hand guards and renegade style headlights, old school Honda handle bar protectors, shitty shocks for a top tier 1000cc machine. These Asian manufacturers think that by putting aluminum rims and knock off big horn tires on it will make it sell in North America. This thing better have low to medium tier pricing if Argo wants to go anywhere with it. Here's my bottom line, Quit importing this junk and spend the time and money yourself on development. At least that way we'd know Argo was serious.
Well according to my local ARGO Dealer this machine will have an MSRP or almost $12,500! That is $500 MORE than a Sportsman 1000. I know which one I would buy...I SERIOUSLY hope that since they just put different stickers on a cheap ass Taiwan wheeler that they reconsider their pricing...
I'm always willing to give just about anything a try...But this pricing is insane. I have friends that have CF Moto's and Kymco's and while they are slower and don't handle as well as even an Arctic Cat. They got WAY more machine for the price they paid than any of us with Polaris, CanAm or Arctic Cat. ARGO should do the same...
they make the best tgb does has sep brake evers and lockin diff there much better then anything u got. tgb alredy has the best motors u inbred

This atv is illegal has Argo is lying about it's cc the website is said that's 997cc but that's not true has the a twin with a bore and stroke is 92x75.6 that is 1005.12cc . More proof is that the 500 showing 503cc on the website and has the same bore and stroke in a single.

You realize that a recall is a GOOD thing right? That is a company's way of saying "listen, we made a mistake, but bring it in and we'll fix it or replace it for free so you have the product you expected to get when you spent your money."

Don't laugh guys this is a sturdy unit if it has the history of it's other takeoffs.it may be made in Taiwan but so is the yamaha Viking amongst others.he'll polaris has their stuff made in Mexico taking American jobs but I digress lol surely it'll be tough to pay 12gs for a "non big 4" quad but I imagine dealers gonna have to work with consumers
They should really stay out of the atv market since they are way outnumbered and out experienced! And it looks super cheap shitty and already outdated! These Chinese company's never know how to make a good looking atv!
About the only chance they have is to make it a lot cheaper than Polaris and Can-am. If you could buy one of these 1000's for say 6-7 grand, then it would sell. Not twice that as the msrp says. 12 grand for this, nobody is buying it.

First this new asshat at Argo allowed Argos good Canadain built reputable name to be put on the worst of the worst cheap chinese junk ODES 4 wheelers (worked on them, absolute garbage), and now the new Argos are starting to look cheap like the chinese bikes. Not sure where this new Argo Aurora is made? But I wouldn't be surprised if there's many components on that vehicle that come straight out of China!
I bought Argo for years for their quality, just the fact that the company is now bringing in this cheap Chinese junk is really turning me off from the Argo product.
