I'm sure they would do this anyway, but have the concrete pitch towards the front so the water drains and doesn't collect in the garage. I live in the desert too in El Paso. The smell of the air after the rain is so wonderful!, and the desert plants love it!!
Rusty doesn’t like loud noises. Yup, that explains selling off the tiny home and moving to a garage in the desert. People and barking dogs. With that Rusty is on the move.
I actually drove down the street rusty lived at, and next to the tiny home community is a trailer park, with loud people, crazy kids, and parking dogs.😅
My Rusty that is awesomeness. Now those little things that exspecially need water to survive on. And helps hopefully stop those fires around there. Hope on no flooding. ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Everybody loves the sound of rain on a tin roof - except when there’s nothing inside to absorb the sound! I live in So Cal - never rains like that. I have envy.
👍😂 What a way to check for roof leaks? Now you need muck boots for 100 year storms. My daughter sent me pictures of NM flooding in her area. Said stores were swamped with folks buying rain gutters and drain pipes. Also saw Ruidoso has evacuation again, this time Cuz of flooding 😮 What a year of crazy weather everywhere. Bridges and roads washed out, tornadoes, hail, dams about to break. Hold on folks and stay safe! 😢
@@cocoxtina8366 yes, and years and years ago they admitted it! And have also tested all sorts of crap on American people. Even in Montana's forests in the 80's causing women to have miscarriages. You go to the desert..and get swamped by rain. That is so typical Rusty, I don't know how to say it differently ;-) Enjoy the rain-the desert will be full of flowers soon?
Yep that noise could get to one. Haha so better put in sound reductions know will be installed. Haha hugs I'm doing me today being silly! Haha hugs my friend
I know you probably already have the concrete poured by now so i am wondering if the roll up doors still latch or if the concrete it too high. Also, with that rain trying to come into the garage at the door openings did you have them make a lip or channel to keep it out?
Hey Rusty, how much is land cost out there where you're located? Looks like a nice place to be. Get away from all the noise and then riff Raff like your style my man
Hopefully that's falling around Ruidoso too. I delivered FedEx in NM, AZ, and West Texas about 10 years total. Didn't see too many rains like that but saw a few. Got stuck behind a flash flood for a couple of hours once. When you see the water pouring off the mountains and crossing the roads you realize this isn't Florida!
Rainy days and Mondays all ways gets me down! lol 😆
Lots of flowers will bloom in your desert.

Very nice rain! I hope they got some of it at Valley of Fires.
I love rain!
Especially on metal.
I could listen to that all day long, that's what we like about our metal port here in Lake Whitney Resorts.
Good luck getting out of there
The beauty of Mother Nature!! And help in putting out the wildfires!
The rain has been a curse. Helped in one way and disaster in another. The flooding in Las Vegas and Rudiso is bad.
I can see why the concrete slab needs be extended outside the garage.
That concrete truck going to play hell backing with all that mud.
Singing: Raindrops keep falling on my head. ....in Capitain. But Alas! Poor Artesia
That's a sit tight and enjoy the rain and stay DRY
Love the smell of the desert after it rains
You are getting a look at this place during a heavy rainstorm now
Wow! That was a real gully washer! Thanks, Rusty!
👍👍 🌲🐶🐶🤠🐶🐶🚐🇺🇸🌲
Yes it was!
Wouldn't be a bad idea to ask the cement guys if they know someone who can build a shelter for your 'brand new" class C Rv

I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen rain. Sing it our loud.
I love the rains
This would make a nice deep sleep meditation video. Nothing better than rain on a metal roof. 😴
Indeed! I can perfectly well sleep in a thunderstorm-if you are in a vehicle, it is twice as good!
That noise would drive me crazy.
Monsoon season for sure, enjoy.
Cool video talk rusty lol 😆 😄 🤣 😂
It looks and sounds beautiful. 😊
That's awesome, Rusty! Nothing like a summer rain.
Weather is definitely changing.
My Rusty that is awesomeness. Now those little things that exspecially need water to survive on. And helps hopefully stop those fires around there. Hope on no flooding. ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Speaking for us country boys - YEEEEEEHAAAAAA! You just got a great test of your fixtures, sir. Handy.

"It never rains in California." as the song goes.

Look up DEW & cloud seeding cause it does exist!

We got that rain yesterday in the Southeast. It was brutal. 😂🤣😁
Rusty, I probably need to get back on meds. Can’t help but wondering what a tornado would look like.
WOW
Looks like you’ll have to do kind of a trench for these rare rains around your place to keep the rain out of the garage😊
Boy, Iam glad I stayed home, but we are getting a Hurricane later in the week..
You go to the desert..and get swamped by rain. That is so typical Rusty, I don't know how to say it differently ;-)

Lots of rain, but no greenery.
very little
Might need some rain gutters for the garage..
It never rains in Carrizozo
But girl, don't they warn ya?
It pours, man, it pours
Out of work, I'm out of my head
Out of self respect, I'm out of bread
I'm underloved, I'm underfed
I wanna go home
@@The_Joker_1940 lol nice !!
I wonder if the new gutters in carrizozo worked. The last road improvements created a lake so I put up a no fishing sign .😂
Somewhat of a frog strangler!
I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name.
good song
@@rusty78609 America?
I had no idea you were wanting an Olympic sized swimming pool! Nice thunderstorm!
At least the water getting into the garage will help compsct the base!
I agree class C needs a cover !!!
ASAP !
Nice.
My advice is to buy an inflatable raft and an air pump Rusty, you know what they say -
be prepared! 🌝
How high is the water Mama? Five feet high and rising lol. That's one heck of a rain there
Show your contractor the amount of water inside garage he may need to raise the floor up and slope the driveway away from the finished floor!
People don’t realize how big those drops are when it rains in the desert
Hopefully, the concrete sets higher so the water doesn't come in later on.
it will
thats the normal situation at the northsea 🇺🇸👍🏻🇩🇪
Hell I mean Hail is after Rusty 👹
Great video
You should have taken your shoes off and sat in the chair…. In the rain, grounded. It’s glorious!
You could drive your van over to your rv if you have your key 😂
can you catch any of that roof water in a rain barrel or several? Gray water is useful as you know -
Rusty ,It's going to green up nice there now after that rain
Oh, the smell of it ❤
My question is, where's the beer during this storm?
Get a cover for your Class C
A structure to drive under?
And a load of gravel
So it doesn't hail on that pretty new camper.
Ruidoso floated away
Is that "a little monsoon"? I but it smells wonderful.
Darn good thing this happened before they laid the rebar.
yep
I’m getting sleepy . . . 😴💤
We are coming to bring you a case of beer sometime around 8 25 24 hope you’re home
Hope concrete not on the way, sure would mess up your drive having a big truck on it.
👍👍👍👍
You can see the hail
Yep that noise could get to one. Haha so better put in sound reductions know will be installed. Haha hugs I'm doing me today being silly! Haha hugs my friend
Sure hope you don’t get any of that Texas sized hail !! Stay safe Rusty
If you had closed the garage doors, would the water have still collected in the garage?
Go ZoZo🎉🎉🎉🎉hail sounds cool!! Who says you can’t grow garden in desert🎉🎉🎉🎉
I know you probably already have the concrete poured by now so i am wondering if the roll up doors still latch or if the concrete it too high. Also, with that rain trying to come into the garage at the door openings did you have them make a lip or channel to keep it out?
I hope ol Levi doesn't get washed off the mountain top!
Send some rain to Dallas 🔥
Your poor class C ! Looks like bad storm. Interrupts your garage floor.
Hope you won't be flooded! 🌬️☔
Wow never knew it rained that much there….
normally it doesn't
God bless Ruidoso ,fires ,floods are awful
Howdy
howdy

varies a lot...contact realtor or go on line for Valle del Sol Carrizozo NM
Does the rv fit in the garage?

What is that stuff?
how often does it rain out ther
When they pour the floor they better have plastic to cover the apron . If it rains again while the concrete is wet it will mess it up.
That running water will be mud on your concrete. You’re going to need some good water diverting.
This was obvious before they did the rebar
Lmao😅
Wow what happened to all the work they did 😂😂
this was before they started
Yeah, I was just being a smart ass,why cause we can ha ha 😂 enjoy your videos keep it going on 👍🍺
What? Um... what? 14:33
Bet rv is quiter
haha... that's not a hard rain at all! I can see several hundred yards into the distance. Someone has never lived in the deep south :)
Better keep a watch out for snakes - they might be looking for a dry spot.
This year might be a healthy monsoon season. Last year was almost non- existent.
