'Crush the Dream' Achievement - HOI4: Arms Against Tyranny

Hihi! In the wake of a new DLC leave it to me to instead choose to return to an ancient achievement. Truth be told I wanted to do something chill and fun this week and I like to record my games as proof of progress. Its also a good retrospective on the progression of legacy content in modern patches. I feel like most people will have the achievement by now considering the UK and USA achievements came out ages ago but its a guide and few tips for those few who havent!
