Before the fight Luke was trying to intimidate Perry with the size of his fist. In my head I was thinking about PSI and how, all other things being equal, the power is concentrated over a smaller surface area with smaller fists. I was thinking how, if anything, smaller fists would be an advantage in a bare-knuckle fight.

Reminds me of Jack Dempsey in that he’s much better in a small ring with small gloves (or no gloves) because his cardio, power and durability mean that he can make most guys wilt under the pressure.
You can be more technical but he won’t give you a moment to breathe from the first second to the last.
