I haven’t driven between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, but I did take the train. Good spice is all that counts when it comes to food 🌶. That meat of Matt looks so delicious! Oldskool wireless radio haha. Nostalgic 😆. Your sense of humor isn’t weird, it makes you: you. Australian humour is one of the best. You go head to head with the British humour. hahaha that's true - the Aussie and British sense of humour are very similar! Thanks so much Felix, I really appreciate it. I think I got a bit spooked cos when we first started I was my totally, fully, un-filtered weird self and there were a few people we worked with who blasted me about it and said I was inappropriate and rude and all this other stuff and it just... it really got to me. It's taken a long time for me to get over it. I feel silly but.. it really messed with my confidence.

There are a few salty/negative people out there, they complain about everything, but do nothing to change anything. You'll never be criticized by someone who is doing more than you. for your last bit, i have some advice.
the people who think you are too much, those are the people who are intimidated by people who know who they are and what they like and their humour. I think being yourself is the best thing anyone could be, no matter who they are. and if those people decide to not like you anymore, so be it, you'll get more subscribers who love that about you. all the best for the future. I'm sure to be an avid watcher of your channel
I really appreciate the advice - thank you. We were in Sydney last week and were at an event with women who are older than me and I would normally dress super covered up cos I know those situations have the potential for people to be mean but I decided to wear what I wanted. A nice, classy summer dress (it wasn't revealing at all, just a summer dress - it even had sleeves!) and I got so many dirty looks from these older women - it was the kind of thing that would bother me in the past but I just felt like... I can't change myself constantly to make others happy. I can't keep limiting myself to make people I don't even know feel comfortable anymore. This is me. I should be able to dress in a way that makes me feel beautiful without nasty looks and snide comments.
It's happened to me so many times in my life - people wanting me to dress differently, speak differently, not share my sense of humour, edit myself in so many ways to fit into their comfort zone and I just can't do it anymore.

Wow, I’m feeling my 42 years now!!! That nightclub used to be called a few things as they rebranded/reinvented a few times. I remember it as “Crystals” nightclub 😂. I love the Yatala drive in and so glad it still exists.

Went there last Saturday finally. Awesome...I use to go to Billys Backyard Barbecue in Mount Cotton.....I'd rather travel 3 min than 30.. and also the Mexican. ..But I want real Mexican, hot and spicy, As usual with authentic foods, they cater to Australian taste buds.
So I buy it, take it home and drown with real hot sauce..
By the way I found an authentic Indian restaurant in Mt Gravatt just got to find a Mexican one now.
