Being black and walking off without your wallet know that you could get arrested for not having ID just isn’t what a responsible person would do. Taking a person’s ID and phone before their death seems to fix this case because he wouldn’t had to leave his phone and wallet to go pee in or by the river. Something isn’t quite right with this.

Why are so many men lately being found dead in a river? Riley was found dead in a river with no water found in his lungs but law enforcement say "no foul play" yet he was found naked below the waist. Told his family before he died his "drink tasted weird" from the bar prior to his death. Law enforcement won't show his family the rest of the surveillance.
