  • FUNNY Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen Sees an Apple for the First Time in His Life! Sh. Abdur Razzaq Al Badr
Although this story is rather funny, several lessons can be derived from it:
    - Patience upon seeking knowledge, and that this is the only way we can attain it (and anything else we desire). The Prophet Salla Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: "Know that victory is with patience"
    - The importance of knowledge, such that the Sheikh wasn't willing to give up, although all his friends had stopped attending the lesson and the book was very difficult. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever treads a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make the path to Jannah easy for him".
-That we should never underestimate the reward that may be attained from small actions. Sheikh Abdurrahman As Si'di (May Allah have mercy upon him) continued although there was only one student remaining. The prophet ﷺ said: "Don't underestimate any good action, even if you were to meet your brother with a happy face"
    - A scholar often has wisdom that others may not be able to comprehend, until the fruits of the action/ decision become apparent.
    - It is important to encourage students by giving them gifts and rewarding them for their hard work.
Please just take a second of your time to subscribe to our channel (make sure to click the notification button) and like the video, to receive a share of the reward, as we hope to spread the message of Islam by translating video clips of the scholars from Arabic into English, as we know the Muslims desperately need those who can convey the knowledge of the scholars to them.
