It's amazing how empty the trails are some days. Part of me wants more people to be out there enjoying it but a chunk of me loves the seclusion. Ps. Fly tippers grrr!
Great video, watched the series. Helped answer a couple of questions regarding wildcamping and food. Me and a friend are walking this in three weeks time.
Your absolute rapture is coming through the screen. I resonate with your strike out for freedom and yeah they are decent views and putting aside the rubbish a decent trail. Love to put hot feet in cool water. Makes it a real break from the rat race. Nice pitch. Mark
Great to see you have not monetised your channel. Adverts do my head in. Thanks.
Englands green and pleasant land. Aaaah.....

I did the same route a few weeks ago, during the heatwave. It was so great, I got to Eastbourne and wanted to turn around to walk straight back.
Awww I loved this hike. Wish I could go back and do it again this week.

Glad it helped, enjoy.
That Osprey is known for speaking. I can only recommend a squirt of WD40 on the joints before a hike.

How much water did you carry between each fill up? What would you recommend? 2 litres? 3 litres? (I have a Katadyn Befree for rivers and streams etc)
@JAMES what is your base weight kit list please?
