Versa you are a blessing, I love building in Valheim, however I am not super creative/don't plan ahead and normally make just a massive Brick or sphere or tower and make the insides cozy, following these build guides is really just so easy and I've learned a lot here in about 5 days, after I rebuild every building you have made a guide on maybe ill have ideas of my own. I truly appreciate these guides and unlike other "I built this, here is how I did it." videos you actually take the time to teach us how not just ramble on while we watch a supercut/edited video of someone building a castle. Thank you for well you.
I found that using Dverger Circlets as light sources around the house gives a really interesting effect, not to mention decent illumination.
Also, for that kind of tower, I like the look of the Obliterator antenna sticking out through the top.
it's all fun and games till you see "The Ground is Shaking" and big blue boys start crossing that bridge and wreaking havoc on everything.
If you’re a noob I guess
@@Tahoe756 nah, im 2k plus hours in Valheim. I dig moats and cover my areas with fake villages as hiding spots for workbenches so mobs dont spawn around.
@@whirlybird268 forreal sometimes I wanna build something nice but not without proper defenses

I have been waiting for this video! So beautiful thanks for sharing your creativity with us!
This is an incredibly beautiful build. It gives me a lot of ideas to add depth to my survival base builds. Thank you for making this huge video.
what the songs name???
Love it! I am getting better at detailed structures but I sometimes lack creativity for interior. This is very helpful again! Thank you master Versaugh!🎉
V this is brilliant. Would love to see you do something like it in Ravenheim at some point, it would have the best feels to come back to in survival. I cracked up at your centering of the spiral staircase take - using the ol eyeometer (me too).
Amazing work! Looking forward to all notifications about a new Versaugh video. Highlight of the day for sure! Keep it up! Love this channel.
Thanks! Will do!
Such a sweet build and a mats list at the beginning?! That’s an instant like and subb my guy.
The way you worked on details is brilliant!
In an effort to improve my building skills as a newbie I chose to try this tutorial. Very Happy 😊 took me 300 Valheim days or 3 real life days and nights but I love it! Lots of pauses but I eventually got the hang of it. Decorating it as I send this. Thank You!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
This was my first big build in Valheim and I learned a lot from it! Thank you for the tutorial and great job walking players through all the steps including building tricks
I only had time for the showcase of the build but it was worth it, very inspiring!
So well explained also V:} Again just gorgeous:}
MY GOD WHAT A BUILD!!!!! Its SOO beautiful!!!!!
All your builds are awesome :)
amazing as always vee!
Very beautiful. Well done!
Thank you!! Such clear directions. This is the way everyone should do a tutorial
Another stunning build, Versaugh. I'll be using it as inspiration after I log off work today! :)
Hope you found the time to keep playing
Very nice! Love that pergola!
I was inspired by this house. I used some of the concepts from this to redo my old stone home in the black forest, and it turned out incredible. It's the best looking thing I've made in valheim. I think you would approve
The incompetence on display by the ATF is amazing!
Amazing design man! Using this in my main world, just started the base I bet it will take me a while XD.
This is such a damn good design. I built this out of black marble instead of stone and it looks BEAUTIFUL. Super functional and has a lot of space. I use my two towers as teleport towers.
same
Don’t forget a good landscape like you find a perfect spot with 2 or more giant rock (iron or copper mining) don’t destroy em just put soil on top of it and place this house I made with black marble instead of stone it’s nice it’s got a large dungeon as basement and little jail cage for tamed monster like skeleton or something. Also lucky I also found a piled bones ritual (purple glowing) don’t deatroy em if you see em! You could use em for necromancy art role play? 🤔😊👌🏻 but it’s would require you to use devcommands for “ghost” all monster don’t attack you.
Wow that's beautiful. Had to click and sub!
Hope they add the ability to plant bushes, vines etc. to decorate the build, without the need for addons. Looks awesome.
Stunning V!!!!
WoW! Thank you so much. Subbed and liked!
Man i love your builds. Once more i built one of yours vanilla. just now finished this one. But i would love to see more of the interior u make on your builds. I am soooo bad at decorating.
Oh goodness this is gorgeous! I may actually copy it 😅
so much great job. amazing
Wow amazing build
I have spent over 48 real life hours building this. One thing for sure is my patience has improved haha. Till it came to the towers. Sense i can’t fly kinda pain in the ass hahah. Anyways you are supper talented and underrated. Outstanding and breathtaking build. This is the best build I have built by far. Again excellent job my guy.
Now I'm pretty much done with building... Could I be super, super cheeky and ask you very nicely for more of a detailed interior showcase? I genuinely love what you've done and I really want to see if I can do something similar.
i mostly build barns becuase i dont have imagination, so when i found this video, my jaw nearly touched the ground xD awesome building, loved every inch of it :3
Speechless from the first minute. Damn!
Wow just wow.. I'm sitting here like blown away
lovely V, you always make lovely buildings. :)
Bro, this build is fantastic!! Your channel has inspired so many of my builds! :D
Also, what is the music at the very beginning?! It’s amazing!
"Knight's templar" by Adriel Fair
i would ballista all over the place to protect this build lol. It's so beautiful. Keep the builds comming.
Wow Amazing 👏👏👏
Love your creativity, and ur 100days series keep the good work :)
Glad you like them!
LOVE the music.❤
Love this, about halfway through, working on the 22 stone high tower as I type this. Doing it in Hammermode, so can't fly, have to keep putting up wooden scaffolding. Have fallen to my death a couple of times.
Gah! I love all your builds!!! I mostly use your builds for "looks" while developing a village. I'm waiting for you to build beautiful buildings like this but with more space (open concept) inside. My favourite places of yours that I use as a house, I had to gut the inside or expand a wall out by one... SORRY XD. I like having more space, but I love the architect of your builds.
This is hell of a job my guy, well done, the build looks great, but the way you keep commenting each block placement to the pace basically is insane. Gonna recreate that, it is wonderful guide!
Beautiful build as always!! Thank you so much for the inspiration. Also curious about what appears to be a floating building in the background.
i was using the plan build mod, i save a copy of the build and paste it nearby to refer to it to make i am not telling you guys garbage 😂, really nice mod if u wanna save ur builds and paste it somewhere else
@@Versaugh you happen to upload your planbuild blueprints anywhere?
@@Blackrizzen i put them mostly on my patreon page
this is incredible dude, i’m gonna make this my long term project in our survival game. question though, do you have a materials list for everything? i’d like to take inventory before i start building to make sure i have everything. thanks so much for the video!
materials to build it is here: 01:34 excluding interior
kudos to you for using Jon Björk music in your video
Omg man you were all over the place with this build I do like it but man focus on one thing at a time. The editing is all over the place as well.
This is BEAUTIFUL! Where do you find the vines on the outside?? 1:50:44 maybe i missed where you showed it
HOLY SHIIIIIT!!!!!
Hi @Versaugh Really like your videos so epic builds - Im trying to improve, but the last thing I somewhat need to know, is how to get this cinematic wipe to only show the build and hover around.. Do you have any only core-houses with normal roof, since im not as inzane as you - Long from it :)
Currently at 1:13:00 stage of the building and already in love with it. The only problem was the editing (or rather lack of it) with the hellishly confusing changes, that were made behind the camera and explained only later when player probably got frustrated over the difference outta nowhere.
Appreciate the feedback. I will have that in mind when doing future tutorials.
In the flymode really easier...However,nice building! Grat.
Currently making an upscaled version of this using black marble instead of stone in the mistlands. Found a nice clearing with 7 roots verry close by.
cool!
Hey V, great build! So... any plans to do the mountain's 100 days challenge? 🤣🤣
Mountains, plains, mistlands, and even the future ashlands i plan to do, it just takes so much out of me to put together one of them and it is harder for each new biome I go into. don't wanna burn myself out. so I have to give myself little windows to do other things and then hop back on it. so while doing these other things my mind gets clear on what I am gonna do, new ideas I can try, etc. so don't worry It will come😀
nice building man, what do you use for no stamina some mod?
Wowww, as usual, you do not disappoint. How did you get the ivy placed? Is there a new console command for that, or is it a mod?
plant everything mod is what I used, you can use devcommands but you can rotate the vines..
for the "staggered" stone walls, is there any reason you were placing singles rather than rotating a full size one to begin the next wall?
Amazing build, I just copied your storage building and I want to do this next, but how do you get the roof in that color. It’s kinda whitish and the green
This build was very nice, but at 9:18 when you just decide to knock out one side of the room for something later is really jarring to just throw in, one of those "well why did we fill it in the first place?" moments
Hey, could you make village containing or just building of Lox stables? Thx :P
49:01 You can use “Q” on your keyboard to make items snap where you want. It rotates through a few snapping points. I’m pretty sure “E” will do the same snapping point rotation reversed.
Happy building, everyone.
very cool and well put together although it's not in theme with the nordic mythology kinda breaks the rp factor for me
Question what are those red curtains on 1:50:00 and the plants with dandelion?
1:47:21 bookmark 🖤
fucking awsome .....wish i was that good !!!!!
I'm really curious how you approach a build like this for the first time. Do you use photos for inspiration? Do you have a layout in mind? Do you consider workstation placement in your initial design?
I did this by first sketching it 2 times, honesty I was trying to make a castle at first and this was the end result....😂 so I failed, but I do take some of the crafting stations in consideration for others I winged it.
@@Versaugh man, every time I wing it, it's all good until I start trying to put a roof on. Then it all goes to hell.
@@hardlymick🤣🤣
Hey whats the name of the song at the beginning?
Damn nice, how many hours did it take
Very nice, but I play Valheim for it´s nordic theme, so nordic style constructions it is. (i´ve been playing this game since it was available,).
Nice and easy to anything in god mode isn't it! 🙃
Thanks!
Wow! you are welcome and thank you!😀
there is an option in the settings to turn off the crow.
Amazing build, wow! How long did this take to build?
Ahh.. that’s million dollars question.
@@TooCool4You69 Your reply is entirely unhelpful. 👎
Clearly 2 hours
How to fly when building?
For those using carry mods, these are what you need (I'm going off of the x10 stack mod so you can do the math easily for the amount needed)
Stone 15 stacks (500 per stack)
Wood 15 stacks (500 per stack)
Tar 900
Crystals 900
Iron 630
Corewood 290
Copper 230
Hope this helps!
EDIT: finished the grind for it. It weighs a total of 4360!
I’m having problem with window at 1:26:59 when I placed crystal in first line then 2nd line won’t let me I tried in many different edges no luck so far.. I wondering how did you get em worked? 😅🤷🏻♂️ would be better if you didn’t skip that part
1:37:39 I can’t seem get enough worked.. shame I had to put flat floor and there is nothing I can do. 😅🤷🏻♂️
Unfortunately I changed it in mid-construction. The ladders were very cheap looking. So after a quick experiment I opened the stairwell to be 3x3 and replaced with a circular staircase. The rest remained the same. With videos like this it would help if you showed what those rooms are intended to be. I could have fixed the stairs at the beginning. But good work otherwise.
Why do you overlap the stone foundation in the beginning?
Please make a video for the inner🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The decor (leaves as green accents) seems to be spawned in? To be sure, it's BEAUTIFUL, but how are we supposed to do that in survival? I am asking honestly, because I'd love to know and it's not shown if it is in fact possible at all.
you can used plant everything mod
what the songs name???
how is it always daytime for you ?
😍😍😍😍
what mod are you using to build this?
To easy for me ! now i build a dirt shelter
How the heck long did this take you?
how do you fill the area with water at the end?
This hous would need to be built on a river or lake and then use the pickaxe and hoe tools to change the height of the land
Building it now in a legit playthrough without console commands. I'm not saying I'm afraid of heights, butr the 22m stone tower is making me nervous.
😆
What is the song in your intro? It’s really resonating with me for when I spend time building haha
Managed to identify it by playing the song to my phone! It's called "Knight's Templar" by Adriel Fair. You're welcome :)
Im gonna assume thats vanilla stacks sizes when you say i need X carts of said material.
yep, 18 slots in 1 cart
How did you do the blue hanging fabrics?
you can find blue jute in the Mistlands biome to make them
It took me a week to build this in survival. Thanks for the video i absolutely love it. I made the tower a bit taller with a small observatory coming off it other than that its practically identical.
Very cool and good job🙂
@@VersaughHave you ever thought of making a extremely large tower with several smaller cylinder buildings attached to it? I've watched all your tutorials and still can't seem to make anything that make sense inside. I can build the smaller towers on the main tower but planning the floors to be able to access those areas is a whole different ball game.
what about the bridge? :[
