It was a challenge creating this huge headpiece without using a headband, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Keeping it as light as possible was definitely the key.
NO HEADBAND?!?!! How did it stay up then?
Fabulous!!!
Love the tip for using the craft foam channels so that you have something to glue the feathers to! Thank you!
Fantastic
It looks bloody fabulous 😍
Thank you 💖
Fantastic. What depth foam did you use?
Thank you. It was about 3 or 4mm foam. I'll measure it and double check when I get back from my travels next week 🙂
It looks rock solid Vicky! Did you make the outfit too? Might be fun to make one of these with Claudette.
Thank you. Yes, I made the corset body. There's a jacket that goes with the outfit too.
I love the mow, it would be cool if you could do rainbow feathers all over the place!! P.S. It might not work if you have short hair like me...
Also, I'm only watching YOUR videos.
Rainbow feathers would be amazing! You're right - with short hair you'd probably still need to use a headband to keep it in place.
@@RockstarsandRoyalty Maybe you can use one of my headbands.
Can you make a mini one for me???
If you can , make it green and pink, hot pink...
What size feathers did you use?
I think they were about 50 to 60cm iirc
