Kabab Karhai
Ingredients:
-(Green chilies) 5-6
-(Onion) Small 2
- (Coriander) ½ Cup
-(Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- (Beef mince) ½ kg
-Anda (Egg) 1
-(Cumin seeds) Roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
- (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
-(Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Oil 2 tbs or as required
Gravy:
-Oil ½ Cup
-(Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-(Onion) Chopped 1
(Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-(Tomatoes) Pureed 2-3
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
- (Salt) or to taste
- (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-(Water) ½ Cup
- (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
- (Green chili) for garnishing
- (Coriander) for garnishing
