Such a blessing just to walk and pick up our vegetables and make a delicious meal forvthe day. The beautuful yellow flowers could be used in tea and desserts I imagine you know already. It looks like dad's free day to relax and play. Catching up with his children, for all the days that he had been away working on the fields. Here comes mother with fresh spring onions, direct from the vegetable plot to quickly prepare healthy dishes in the earthen pots. A dish of chick peas and spring onions gravy, spring onions with coconut dry fried and another dish of spring onions with coconut milk. All served on earthen plates and fed to both the children by the so loving and caring parents. Your family is an example for other parents to follow. Your beautiful bond of love is so touching. Hello Anoma! Wow, those fresh Spring onions look so delicious, I just love them! It's amazing how a simple ingredient like the Spring onion can make so many wonderful dishes. My grandmother use to make fried onion fritters that only had a few ingredients but you couldn't help but want to eat a whole plate of them. Lol The crispy fried batter combined with the sweetness of all the onions was just heaven...so yummy!😋Having those with a big pot of Purple Hull or Black Eyed peas and a slice of raw onion and a fresh jalapeno pepper on the side is a meal fit for a king. LOL😁 Tell the kids "hello" for me and y'all have a wonderful weekend. Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!!🤗💜🥰
