    great job, but what can you say about the killer chiller with a tank, then so much radiators are not needed and the temperature will be below the street?

    Hi

    While trying to find a Canadian retailer for that pump (no dice, sadly) I found a note that the recommended operation of the pump is 30min max duty with another 30min cool down. Not sure if it runs continuously in an automotive setup, but thought I would mention it.

    • @PANZERSGARAGE
      @PANZERSGARAGE  Před 3 lety

      Yes, its the recommended but can run continuously after 30min. Doesnt effect operation going past 30min cycle.
      Casing does get hot but most pump casings do on contant load. Which is why its location is good to help dissipate heat.
      So far 1 1/2 hr use shows no strain for this pump. Im sure that recommended usage is to help with pump life.

      Since im using this pump on a closed circuit and using water this helps the pump itself keep cooler than pumping chemical based/hot material.

      @@PANZERSGARAGE Good to know that it will work in this capacity. The increased flow (21GPM) and its all steel design make it a great alternative to the SuperFlo (13GPM) offered by VRP. The mods for this engine are a slippery slope. I'm starting with a smaller supercharger pulley with a belt wrap but I'm already looking at long tube headers, a larger throttle body, 3" air intake, bigger fuel injectors and (last but not least) getting the ECU and TCU tuned. :)

      @@Orbserver also i forgot to mention i paid 249.99 shipped for this pump. The place selling always lowers the price by 100.00 when they are down to the last 5 pumps. Average price is 349.99 shipped which is still awesome.
      Ah so you also are going down the rabbit hole 🤓🍻😄 welcome to this journey my friend.

      Ordered one off eBay, to replace the lower slim one at the lower part of the bumper. Placed it in the SAI pump location

      The main focus was continuous pulls one after another keeping temps consistence. I was able to run multiple times at the track and even maintain temps in staging areas
