Wrap some yarn or rope around a jar, paint it with your favorite color and peel the yarn away once it gets dry. You will get an amazing luminary for tea lights or candles.
With this original DIY decoration, you can always tell apart your keys easily.
Get this super useful cutting board drawer. Just drill a circular hole in the board and put a waste container underneath.
What can an empty lotion bottle be good for? Make a stylish cell phone charging holder out of it!
Create cool personalized mugs with a sharpie marker. Just write whatever you want on the cup and bake it for 30 minutes to make the inscription permanent.
Don’t want to spend money on expensive furniture? Make an awesome couch from wooden pallets.
Make original stone wall hooks by gluing the stones to screws.

The idea of bottle boat seems worth the effort. You should cover the exterior side with a plastic sheet ( a discarded table cover will do )

wine barrels smell like wine, forever. I wouldn't want one in my house, let alone as a crib. they are great for outdoor use tho. and a tire indoors? mmmm rubber and moldy grapes....
im guessing the inferno caused by the cinnamon stick candle holders might cover up the stench somewhat.But if you made it out of the house alive, then you would probably crash into a tree when fleeing the fire your car, because someone smeared rainbow paint on the fucking windshield again!

I made #1 the other day, was fun.
on #17 you paint the inside of a jar with glow in the dark paint apparently but i think if you painted the outside and sealed it you could fill the inside with water and drop in a whole glow stick (not broken) to get a more glowy affect

I think a regular shelf would be more inexpensive than 2 ladders. unless you're a contractor and you just have ladders and spare plywood laying around

15 you can also do with a wire hanger. That's what I did for my jewelry and my belts.
I have done some of those!
My family in Canada did a different thing with old tires other than described in #1. The would cut the bead side on one side of the rim, pull the tire back around the wrong way so the inside of the tire is now outside, the top looks sort of like a star, and with something to keep the dirt from falling through the inside of the rim, use it as a planter outside.
#2 is illegal in most places. In fact, most places other than the US will get you arrested.
some, if not most places in the US, will get you arrested for doing that. in some palaces, hanging something on the rear view mirror will get you arrested.

You actually use glow in the dark paint to make the glow jar and you use the back of a paint brush
Its probably considerably cheaper to buy a book shelf then 2 ladders and a couple boards. Also ,if you drink enough wine to make a bulletin board I doubt your schedule is very full lol =D
17 doesn't work exactly like that. I've attempted it before. A lot of the time what they're actually doing is taking glow in the dark paint and painting dots all over the inside which is, admittedly, still cool looking. When I tried the project it lasted for about 2 minutes and was very dim. I used a ton of glow stick juice and glitter to no avail. You have been waaaarned.
