erm u and ur aunt cant be married to ur husband at same time but if u divorce ur husband then it is permissible for ur maternal aunt to marry ur husband

Assalaam Alaykum dear sister, I'm sorry that you're going through this. May Allah SW make it easy for you. First and foremost, a niece is a Mahram to him, if he's a blood brother yo the parent of the niece. Zinaa is of different levels, and one of the worst is when one commits incest. It is Haraam and it's in no way permissible. I kindly advise you to talk about this with your peers.
