Interesting choices! Loved the Claire Keegan. I’m the mom of a young man who lives with autism and strangely enough I have never gotten around to The Curious Incident. Perhaps this will be the year. 😊 Congratulations on exceeding 500 subscribers! Yay!

I love the curious incident, it’s so good. I’ve been wanting to try Claire Keegan as well, one of these days! Great reading month for you!

Congrats on your channel growth! I personally liked Circe more than The Song of Achilles. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too since it's all about a strong witchy woman! Losing Our Minds sounds really interesting and kind of contentious. Very different from the way we talk about mental health in the US, I imagine at least in part because of the difference in healthcare system.

Song of Achilles was good, but Circe was breathtaking. Highly recommend the audio book.
The House on the Cerulean Sea was so good! My daughter and I listened to the audio book on a drive and adored it. It’s a good for the soul book.
    Great video, thank you!

I agree! I read Circe a while back, and it was beautiful. I hope her future books are equally amazing.

Please read Circe next! I loved that one by Madeline Miller. I am so glad you loved The House in the Cerulean Sea! It is gorgeous.

Congrats on 500 (and now 670!!) subscribers! So exciting! I have only read one mythological retelling and didn't like it but I want to try Madeline Miller. I also didn't know that Achilles was based on the Iliad 🤣
