I had a go doing the caramel chocolate a few days after valentines day for my husband and he loved them. The only issue I had was I used an induction cooker and it didn't keep the rapid boil it kept dropping back so it got thicker but did fully go a caramel cool. THAT SAID THEY WERE DELICIOUS. If i made again I would probably add a couple teaspoons of dulce de leche spread to give it a more caramel flavour.

You do amazing work at all your projects. I especially loved the ones with the freeze dried strawberries but I love white choc & cream cheese too so that makes sense to me. But I would have preferred raspberry in the middle instead.
