I was really impressed with Paul Ritter's acting as Dyatlov in Chernobyl, so I looked up what else he's done and found Friday Night Dinner. That was 2 years ago, and it became my favorite show of all-time, will remain that forever. Very sad to hear about his passing.
Farewell Mr Ritter. So sad he's gone, this is probably the biggest shock since Rik Mayall's passing I've had for a comedy actor leaving us.
I remember him for Chernobyl first and foremost, so to compare him to Rik Mayall is an oddity to me.

Hang on a second. The can of meat is 20 years old and Martin says it was in the shed when they moved in, meaning they could have only moved in roughly 20 years ago (tinned beef at most lasts 5 years, but the use by date is usually only 2-3 years after it leaves the factory, so let's say they moved in 21 years beforehand), however in the episode where they have potential house buyers coming to see the house, Adam and Johnny talk as if the parents were already living in that house when they were born, meaning Adam and Johnny would both have to be 21 or younger, but that's clearly not the age they're meant to be. Boy, I sure hope someone got fired for that blunder.
More importantly if its 20 years out of date and was there when they moved in they had to have moved in after 1996, however in a later episode Jackie says they have been in the house for 28 years. Meaning that meat is impossible
