I have already graduated from the 2yrs course which is I.T so now i decided to go further as a 4yrs course.. but those universities/college schools are not accepting transferees like me that graduated from 2yrs course.. sinasabi nila na mahihirapan sa mga documents or requirements! Pero simpleng bagay lang naman ang mga yon! Mga papel lang naman ang yon! Hindi naman dapat maging hadlang yong kaperasong papel sa kagustuhan ng tao na makatapos sa kolehiyo..

The chances of transferring to other Universities especially Public/State will depend on the availability of slots of the program. If you're already in the 2nd - 3rd year, and you intend to transfer to a known public university then the chances will be slim, the only advice I can give you is that you should ask the university first if there're any available slots in the program you want to apply, if there's not, then ask of other programs.

Kakawa yong mga gustong mag-aral ng libre dahil sa hirap ng buhay ngayon asan na yong sinasabi nila na FREE EDUCATION FOR ALL "daw" kung hindi sila tumatanggap ng transferees na galing sa ibang college schools at puro mga freshmen lang ina-accept nila!!!

Pano po naman po yung mga students na galing sa ibang college schools na 2nd year na at magiging 3rd year college na sana at gustong lumipat sa isang college schools na may libreng tuition fee?? asan na po yong sinasabing "FREE EDUCATION FOR ALL" gaya ng mga sumusunod na mga university schools (RTU, PUP, PLM, at TUP) hindi sila tumatanggap ng mga transferees na galing ibang school...
Thank you for your feedback, for the record, We are not associated with the following school but as a college student also I would say that transferring to other schools especially to State/Public schools will depend on the availability of slots in the programs they offer. Public/State Universities are more in demand than other private schools because they don't have tuition fees that's why sometimes or most of the times the slots of the programs they offer are already full maybe since the admissions.
