I've been with HOSTINGER for the past 3 years. They definitely have the best rates with the most options. The DOWN SIDE to Hostinger is their pathetic Customer Support. There is NO phone support. Only E-mail support which takes 24 hours. On top of that, the support staff really DON'T know anything. They are just reading canned answers off a screen. Bottom line, Hostinger is great if you know what you're doing and don't need Tech Support to hold your hand through the process.
That is PRECISELY the reason why I am planning to use a host other than Hostinger, even if it is more expensive (and I'm just a poor monastic priest).
