@@jimjogger306he isn't entirely wrong. Players did let down Erik ten Hag as well. We all saw
Casemiro made lazy tackles because he doesn't want to track back. When he was told Amrabat woukd start at the FA Cup he stated he's ill and didn't want to be on the bench. There are reports about this including a post by nobody lesser than Amrabat's brother.
If you re-watch Man Utd matches for last season you'll notice how much of a liability Lindelof was for us whenever he played.
Rashford had a horrible attitude and often jogged around the pitch even when he had been subbed in well into the 2nd half. You'd look at Rashford and look at Bruno who started the match and wonder who between the two just came on.
Sancho was given time off to go and clear his head while being paid £300k per week and when he came back he decided to fight with the Manager because of his indiscipline and arrogance. There's even a video of him giving like 5% in training because he didn't want to do push ups.

I thought even with injuries we should not be battered by Palace 4-0. But taking a step back I thought who else is there we can get that would be better? When we beat Newcastle and Brighton to finish the season, I was back in the Erik camp and did not want him gone even if we lost the FA Cup. Hopefully the persons in charge can begin the propper clear out needed. Several players have to be sold or let go. Was still only 6 points off 5th and 8 points off 4th which had the injuries not been as severe we definitely would have had a few more positive results and been in at least one of those positions and closer to the 75 points of last season's 3rd place finish.

yeah now what's happening from people is there's an assumption like ETH didn't do no wrong and that everything against him was bias hatred? where do these people come from? I'm being serious? the amount of flat disjointed, shambolic performances last season was laughable? goals for and against comical listen if you'd lost that City final ETH ain't there today so please don't act like it's portrayed to be a massive injustice against (the manager of Manchester United) 😂

Absolutely behind Ten Hag! Cliche, but Rome was not built in a day, and he has delivered despite all that's up against him. He deserves the time to make it right. For me the highlight of last season was not the FA cup win, but the faith he put in the young players who worked so hard to deliver and find their place in the first team. I think that's a true showing of what man utd is. He's not only building a squad, he's building the most followed, the proudest squad that has ever existed. That's no 2 minute task, and as long as he is no 2 minute manager, then he deserves time to embed his philosophy in the team. Even if it takes a few years. I would rather they work towards the long term success of the club as opposed to studying short term honours, results etc. It needs to be about the future as a big picture rather than just next season alone. Ten Haag is the guy, just give him time to get it right.

I'm not a Utd fan but I have a few friends who are and they all wanted him gone before FA Cup result, then all changed their mind when they won. I can't help but feel that saved his job but is it a case of 'for now'. Or do the club really deep down 100% back him?. All that said one thing il say is the media have been absolutely terrible to him and have driven an agenda n influenced alot of opinions about him from day one. I would absolutely hate it if it was my clubs manager, he's been shown absolutely no respect in press conferences and that isn't acceptable for any manager, especially how disrespectful they were after the final, after he just won the FA cup post match they were literally asking him about his job rather than congratulating him on winning the trophy which was embarrassing and they should have been ashamed. I get they are there to ask difficult questions and try get a headline but are they really true sports journalists with some integrity or simply a load of vultures simply trying to get a man the sack....their is a time and place for some of their questions and that really wasn't it and I did have empathy for him at that point even though I don't support Utd myself.
