Computer to screen, no need emulsions and exposure, darkroom, wash, dry, quick and easy to get a screen.
The screen created by our machine can be printed on t shirt, cups, bags manually or put it on automatic printing machine.
We have two models: AMD550A bigger one and AMD550 small one.
How to use digital screen maker:
1. Install printer driver provided by us in computer.
2. Make design in computer by using global design software CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator etc.
3. Connect the screen maker with computer by USB cable.
4. Adjust settings on printer driver.
5. Stretched the special coated film on the frame.
6. Put the frame on the machine
7. The machine will print out your design on the film directly.
Note: The digital screen maker is fast and simple way to make screen plates,
no need emulsions and exposures and washout and dry.
