Ive got a power stroke in a 65 mustang. Can barely handle it its well tuned and frankly too much power for such a light car, I should've went with an early 90's wide body mustang instead.
900hp, but the biggest change on mine, its still 4wd.

If the rear axle was from a 3/4 or 1 ton truck and had air springs, and you could figure out a system to connect the hitch to the frame then I suppose it could tow one. But it would be unsafe and reckless.

Thanks! Manual would be nice but I already did that in the Charger. And and more HPs and the engine will have to come apart for a full build. Its at its max for stock internals.

They are close to the same but charger has a nv4500 manual which rapes its power.

IVE GOT A DURAMAX IN A 3500 AND IT TAKES UP A TON OF SPACE IN THIS CHASSIS LET ALONE THE CAMARO PLATFORM. SUPER CURIOUS ABOUT DETAILS OF HOW HE MADE THE DRIVETRAIN HOLD UP TO ALL THE NEWFOUND TORQUE AND WEIGHT. NEED MORE DETAILS FOR SURE.

At least GM kept it in the same company and designed it with a sister company. The 7.3, 6.0 and 6.4 are all designed by International. The 6.7 was the first actually designed solely by Ford.
TheFixd it wasn't designed solely by ford. It was designed in a joint venture with AVL of Austria. Similar to GM and Isuzu's partnership.
To me this is a masterpiece of art. Not only the cars, the whole production is great. I viewed it two times and I like it a lot.

Jake Banack Torq =/= Quarter mile times. They're be pretty even honestly in a quarter. That diesel probably adds 500lbs plus all the extra susension work and all. But either way they're cool ..
A car with more torque will never be faster than a car with more HP, so long as the gearing ratios allow the higher HP car to reach its peak power.
When you factor in weight as well the stock engines (or bolt on modified ones) are likely faster.

they would probably swap in a 6.4 or 6.0. both suck from the factory, but have plenty of preventative maintenance options. The 6.4 is stupidly powerful when built.
yup, i drove my bosses tt 6.4 with an H&S tuner. badass ride, almost as good as a stock 6.6 lol
7.3 is way too big and heavy to be worth it. They can make decent power if you want them to, but it takes a lot of parts to do so. If you wanted to just use a stock engine and call it a day, definitely 6.7. If they want to build it to make the most possible horsepower and torque, 6.0L. The 6.4 is an irredeemable piece of shit that served no purpose other than making any truck it was put into virtually worthless. And keep in mind, I'm a Ford guy, but garbage is garbage, and the 6.4 is garbage.

over the years i keep coming back to this video. Badass. As an owner now of an 09 charger (originally R/T AWD, now 6.4 swapped) and a 5th Gen SS (LS3, 6MT), i itch to do a similar build.

It's a great idea (fantastic idea!). I would totally drive one of these! But unless I missed it, I didn't hear any numbers. How much torque? What the rear wheel power? What are you acceleration numbers? How does it drive in each gear? What's your fuel mileage? Etc.
EDIT: I followed the links on your website, and found the in-depth reviews. Excellent work! I would love to drive one of these as an everyday car, especially with the kind of fuel mileage you're getting.
