By detaching the garage they added more living area to the townhouse. With a HOA to handle the mowing & snow removal this would be very attractive. Regarding the interior, I would like to see the stairs a little wider. With my knees & hips, I need a lift chair to go up & down the stairs safely. This gets a thumbs up from me.
I would want a bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom. Also, it is a good idea to have a basement in that area. I would also not want carpet underneath the washer in case it overflows.
Very nice. I really liked the irate floor was completely open. Disappointed with the wall of doors. The courtyard was small but cute. Major design flaw was no basement.

Would like to see more Sense of separation between the living room and dining area and kitchen instead of just one long open room with no separation which could be achieved by columns or half walls/pony walls just something giving more definition to the DF different areas.
Yes! I HATE that, and it seems like it's all you see in newer homes. Along with that same gray-colored vinyl plank flooring that only goes with modern decor (this floor is at least brown). My other (related) dealbreaker is being able to see the kitchen when you walk into a home. Nope.

I don't like the open plan -- want defined living room, dining room, and kitchen, not just one big room with no separation. I thought people were moving away from that, but I see it all the time with modern homes. Related to that, I don't want to see or be in the kitchen when I walk into a house from the front door. And a bathroom off the kitchen? Nope.
Why is it bad. Its the owner's choice to have nasty bathrooms. If you keep it clean then there shouldn't be a problem. If you make the bathroom smell bad then just put air freshener. Its that simple dude
I need a house large enough to have a gym and office, I imagine if I’m gonna buy a house it Has to have the bells and whistles of my needs, i’m not really an outside person unless I have somewhere meaningful to go

Needs taller ceilings for more light, and a dormer over the stairs to let more light in.

I'm pretty sure the delivery people would carry it up and install it. And you wouldn't have to schlep laundry upstairs.
