Rebbe Nachman introduced me to HaShem. After decades of seeking Him without hope, I now know Him personally. Baruch HaShem

hisbodedut solidifies all the avodah of the day, and removes all the extraneous thoughts and worries. I heard R Nachman said all his greatness was attained only because of hisbodedut.

How long should you practice daily? I’m sure any time is better than none. But any general time guidelines would be really helpful. And is it vocal? Or can you do this in your mind silently?
