How to cut A simple short loose short dress with ruffles and facing

One would think it's difficult attaching the ruffles, what about the space in between the facing and the ruffles?

Observation pls madam when teaching try to be specific with ur details,first at the beginning u never said u will putting zip allowance, it was after cutting u saide dat,a novice cn make mistake of cutting both back and front together cos u never detailed dat,
Secondly abt the facing u are suppose to let us know u didn't cut the main fabric but the material u will use for it, someone could make the mistake of cutting both the facing and the main fabric together so pls next time each step should have a proper explanation tnx
