My dad's side of the family is from Vancouver and it makes my heart so so happy to see sights that are so familiar and dear to me :) I've watched you for so long now and I'm ecstatic you're back in Canada now!

The Cambie!!!
Okay, here comes an unrequested storytime about the Cambie: My DAD introduced me to the Cambie. He grew up in Van and his band used to play there on weekends when he was in his late teens/early 20s back in the '70s (but apparently he used to hang out there with his friends when they skipped school) and he has some amazing stories about the place. He loves going back whenever he comes to visit me - that watering hole has A LOT of character, to say the least - plus there's a pretty cool used record store across the street!
Lola makes me so happy! Glad her flight over from Australian went well. ☺️
So sad the Aus vlogs are gone but it's nice to see you so happy!

My husband came home while I had this blog paused and he's like who's that? And I said "Karissa! She's gone back to live in Canada and now I'll never get to me her.. Sad face." And then he said "Well what about Glenn?" And I was so proud he knew that haha. Glad you guys are safe and happy over there! And miss Lola!

Interesting thing to say about a city that was just named the best city in the world to live in by a economist study conducted every year. By that logic every city in the world would be "nothing special" just because there are people and cars.
anna stewart there are gang shootings going on there, pollution and traffic are horrible...toronto is no good. they have a nice mall but thats it lol.
You should definitely visit vancouver! its a beautiful city :)

Awww Lola looks like she's having the time of her life. Glad her flight went ok! If I had to move with my dog I'd be a wreck worrying about her. She is a rescue and was forced to live in a kennel for 7 months of her life so I think she'd e FREAKIN out lol

I moved to Vancouver in December of 2015 and I'm from New Zealand but my dads side of the family are from Vancouver that's why I'm here. I'm going to school at Langley secondary in BC but it weird seeing you at places I've been your one of my favourite you tubers so I hope to run into you! I leave in two months back to the land of the long white cloud as I'm only 14 and here by myself staying with cousins tho. Can't wait to see my parents tho it's been 6 months! So happy we are in the same place at the same time love you!

I used to live in Vancouver a few years ago!! On a working holiday visa while the olympics were on ... Best time I've my life 😊 wanna get another work holiday visa next year... Love seeing your footage of Vancouver! My favourite city!! And I know the cambie! Had a few drunk times there! Ps I live in Brisbane so it's nothing compares to van city 😊👌🏼
