I have it since They started on 2022. I didn’t believe They make another se. Liked the 8 style with 5g, 4gb of ram (se 2020 had only 3gb, 8 only 2gb) and They have nice colours Battery is little better with capacity too. Good back up (After 15 months i Got 95 % condition while daily used)
SE 3rd Generation for me and I use it as a secondary phone since I already have 14 Pro Max as primary and I love it! My hands are really small and fit in my hands. The performance is great and it runs genshin at high settings and I've never liked the notch especially how the newer notch is literally taller than the older one which gives me OCD. The battery is also way better in SE3 compared to SE2 and speed is also 2 generations ahead A13 Vs. A15 Bionic chip, even 13 Pro Max and 14 Standard has same chip.

I got the second gen after i bought my 14 pro, cause my country has banned iPhones above 13 and they’re not legit, so I use it for things that need sim, cause the banned phones won’t get cell tower signal

I have it the performance is more than excellent it’s more than you need actually because it is overpowered, the camera is fantastic comparable to iPhone 13 in day light it’s fast and snappy and never let you down you can expect 5 years software update and the performance will always be good even at the highest graphics gaming , the colours of the screen are actually better than most of androids amoled displays the speakers are very loud and crispy clear and I almost forgot about haptics it feels very good it is as a good as the haptics of iPhone 13 as I compared
Touch ID is good and it works easily without looking in your device unlike Face ID you need to position your face in the screen and it's bothering me especially during bedtime 😅

id honestly say go for it. the only thing you should worry about is the battery but if you're a normal or light user you will make it through the day. id recommend buying it used though because $429 for that is a crime.
Why didn’t yall just get the 13 mini? It’s literally the same size with the SE3 but with more screen and like a few hours extra battery. Heck I can even get 2 days of light use out of my 13 mini before I have to put it for charging.
