I’ve used this move many times. If I still don’t carry I step back just a touch on the approach to get my ball to pick up just a touch earlier. Any of these moves works for me. Glad to see you back doing these tips!!

Someone just turned me onto this move. It works especially if you are at risk with a slight over/under reaction with a small angle change.

There are so many ways you can adjust to carry. Some ways work better than others depending on the bowler. We all had them days no matter what ball or how we adjusted. Luck isn’t in our favor lol. Your ball was through the oil and went light. Now maybe you’re not bowling on house shot. Now if you were. It’ll makes sense why you left the 10 pin. Here’s the question. What will you do after you did the one and one and you still left the 10 pin?

Do if I'm middle dot I enter to move 1 right and target 1 right?

Right hander here. At times I'll leave the 7 or the 10, I'll make my adjustment by moving up or back half an inch (back if the 10, up if the 7) because that's what other experienced bowlers have told me to do, but I'll just end up leaving the opposite of what i left the frame before. What do you suggest when that happens?
