Special teams were horrible AGAIN and that muffed punt was a critical moment. Defense failed when it mattered most. And Shanahan can't close. Something happens to his brain when he gets into tight situations in the big game and he fails. That is his MO, and I don't see it changing. Congrats to the Chiefs.
