Since you wear glasses all the time I can fully understand why you wouldn't have a glasses case in your bag. But what I noticed that you didn't have in your bag was a cleaning clothe to clean your glasses in case they needed to cleaned. I can only assume that you must use te tissues you have in your bag to clean your glasses if it becomes necessary. But having been an optician it may surprise you that tissues isn't good for cleaning your lenses. Tissues are made from paper and paper is made from wood. So basically your cleaning glasses with wood chips and don't know it. The wood pulp is very tiny but enough to cause very tiny scratches on the lenses of your glasses. I highly suggest that you only use a small soft clothe to clean your glasses.
