Jaime was always pining for some golden snatch, Littlefinger spent years lusting after Cat (for some reason), and of course there's the 40 year old man who constantly belt-tucks because of a 15 year old girl he can't even touch.

I would put Petyr in S because of his lifelong obsession with Cat despite her complete rejection of his advances and his grooming of Sansa basically being an extension of that. Robb in A because he's 15 and hormonal. Jon in C for the same reason. Brienne in B because even though its typical woman behavior she's a high test autistic woman so she should think more like a man. Robert in C, as much as I love Bobby B he simped hard for Lyanna.
Based brienne while definitely in love with renly was also loyal to him for other reasons than just wanting to bang him(he showed her kindness and compassion when others were just being dicks to her) and let's not forget that she almost had jaime all for herself in the show before dumb and dumber screwed everyone's character development and reduced him back to simping for his crazy sister

Another underrated but simpish character that sneaks under the radar is Josmyn Peckledon. He could honestly be a Chad because he was a squire that managed to slay 2 knights and capture 2 others in the Battle of the Blackwater, but he has a crush on a woman who was riding every Ser in her castle before her terrible ordeal that had her getting used hundreds if not thousands of times. At least he’s already smashing so there’s that. This was also only in the books, not a show thing.
