In 2001, Olivier moved to America to become a restaurant manager at the Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida. 5 years later, he came back to Paris to try his luck in the spotlight. Olivier wrote his show in English in order to have an audience from different horizons. May 10th, 2009, “How to become a Parisian in One Hour?” was performed on stage for the first time. 10 years later, Olivier Giraud played the show 1700 times and close to 1 million spectators came to enjoy one of the most successful show in France !
