Mex Fan of RvB here (yup, we exists) Since the begining, the only good use of spanish was Church trying to warn the reds about Tex with "la bruja te va a matar". But in later episodes they use, more or less, good spanish which it can be understandable in this PSA on that scene which is very funny and stupid

RT should just replace Caboose's voice actor instead of writing him off the show. They've changed actors before, Tucker, The Director, Donut, they have been voiced by different people, and Miles does and excellent Sarge impression
When were Tucker and Donut replaced? And Matt is still in RT, he doesn't need a replacement until he decides to leave or stop voicing his characters himself.
That awkward moment when you see that Miles has left RT. Sidenote, only the director had multiple voices from the people you mentioned, and that was probably just because they didn't plan on him being a recurring character the first time around. Tucker and Donut just changed how they do their voices. They've been the same people the entire time.
