  • David Goggins is a Navy Seal who is attempting to break the world record for the most pull ups in 24 hours (shooting for 4,020 reps). He tried in September on the Today Show but had to stop short of the goal because of a faulty pull up bar.

He is quite possibly the hardest dude in the world. Went thru SEAL hell week 3x and passed twice. Once with a fractured foot. Lost 106lbs in 90 days to even be given a chance at being a SEAL. And ran 100 miles in 24 hrs with the last 19 miles on a fractured foot. Dude is the epitome of mind over matter. He is living proof that you can do absolutely anything you put your mind to. This guy is what a role model should be. Not some 6'10 guy that can dunk a ball or a thug mumbling negative shit over beats on auto-tune.
